1820 Fort Myer Drive - Ames Center

The proposed design for the site includes two high-rise residential apartment towers over a mixed-use base that includes retail and a reconstructed church. The 30 story north tower and 31 story south tower accomodate 730 residential units.   A new extensive and landscaped public plaza separates the towers, built as part of Rosslyn’s 18^th Street Corridor Plan.
