Metropolitan Park 6

Phase six of the Metropolitan Park residential development will offer distinctive amenities with indoor/outdoor connections from every communal space, a market-leading concept.

The new apartment complex will offer a fitness center with outdoor training zones, penthouse lounge that opens onto a pool and sun deck, 18th floor social center with an outdoor beer garden and barbeque lounge, herb garden, pet spa, and bike repair shop. Additional project goals include invigorating street life and increasing neighborhood green spaces. An expanded streetscape along South Eads Street will connect residents and pedestrians to retail and restaurant options, as well as provide outdoor seating areas and circulation paths. At South Elm Street, a landscaped courtyard will link to the newly expanded Central Park featuring a large public common, dog exercise area and playground.
