Senior Project Managers

The ideal candidate is a natural leader with exceptional collaboration skills, with demonstrated success in mentoring and guiding project teams to achieve client goals. As a Senior Project Manager, the candidate will be responsible for managing large, complex, and challenging mixed-use/multi-family residential projects. The candidate will also be responsible for the coordination of assigned project efforts, both administrative and technical, to ensure the most efficient and cost-effective execution of the work. The candidate will serve as the primary client contact and actively manage project budgets, schedules, and programs; direct project communication and documentation; and oversee/monitor team workload. The candidate will be involved in estimating fees, determining scopes of work, and preparing proposals and contracts. The individual will also work closely with the Principal In Charge, Design Principal, and Project Architect(s).

The ideal candidate offers 10+ years of experience working on large-scale, complex mixed-use/multi-family residential projects. LEED AP and Revit experience is a plus.
